Bridal makeup services in Rhode Island, Boston, and destination

Wedding makeup has to last through hours of photography, natural light, movement, weather, and emotion. It has to look like real skin in person and in professional photos. It has to stay consistent from the first photo to the last dance.

Makeup that’s too heavy, too light, poorly matched, or not built for longevity will show immediately both in person and on camera.

This is why professional bridal makeup is different from your everyday routine. I work with brides who understand that it's so much more than makeup.

You’re not just booking makeup for how it looks when you leave the chair. You’re booking longevity, reliability, years of product knowledge, professional training, and strict sanitary standards.

I specialize in long‑wearing makeup that looks like real skin, photographs cleanly, and stays intact for the full timeline of your wedding day.

Designed for all-day wear, photography, and real-life movement. Our bridal makeup is customized to your features, skin type, and wedding environment so you still look like yourself just polished and confident.

Questions

Your Questions Answered...

When should I book my wedding makeup? 12 to 24 months in advance for peak season (May to October). Newport and Boston wedding dates fill up fast, especially summer Saturdays in June and September. I only take one wedding per day. Your preview happens 3 to 4 months before your wedding, so booking early means you lock in your date and have months to feel confident about your look. If your wedding is less than 6 months away, reach out now. I may still have availability.

Why are your previews held 3 to 4 months before the wedding? Your preview happens 3 to 4 months before the wedding because that's when your details are finalized. By then, you know your dress, your hair plan, your floral colors, whether you're getting a spray tan. All of these affect your makeup. I need the full picture to create a cohesive look. Previews done too early mean guessing. Previews done closer mean precision. You get makeup designed for your actual wedding, not a hypothetical version of it.

What's your makeup style? Soft glam - timeless, elevated, skin-like full coverage that enhances without looking heavy or feeling cakey. You'll look polished and radiant, but still like yourself because I take time prepping the skin and working in thin layers. Brides tell me they felt confident and looked like themselves, just elevated.

What if I cry during the ceremony? Your makeup is built to last. I use waterproof, long-wearing formulas designed for 12 plus hours of wear -- through tears, humidity, dancing, and everything in between. I provide you with a touch-up kit and coach you on how to use it.

What's included in the bridal makeup service? Your bridal makeup experience includes: - Consultation call to discuss your concerns and vision. -90-minute preview session 3 to 4 months before your wedding. We perfect your look so there are no surprises on your wedding day. -Customized skin prep for your skin type. -Day-of makeup application with long-wearing professional products.  -Customized false eyelash application (strip or individuals). -Touch up kit for peace of mind throughout your day. -Prep guides and timeline planning. You'll know exactly how to prepare for your preview, what to do months before, and a week-of checklist so your morning runs smoothly.

What happens if I want to change something from my preview? Tell me. Your preview exists so we can refine your look until it feels right. I need your honest feedback to create makeup you love. If something feels too heavy, too light, or not quite you -- say it. I'll adjust and explain why I'm making each change, so you understand the decisions. The more specific you are about what you want, the better I deliver. Your wedding day look should feel like you, elevated.

What products do you use? Professional formulas from NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Tom Ford, and other luxury brands tested for longevity and photography. I customize products based on your skin type and concerns. We discuss your specific needs during our initial phone call and preview appointment.

Do I need a preview? Yes. Your preview is required and happens 3 to 4 months before your wedding. This is where we build your look together. We review your inspiration photos, test products on your skin, and adjust until you feel confident. You'll see how the makeup photographs, how it wears throughout the day, and exactly what to expect on your wedding morning.

How long does bridal makeup take on the wedding day? 60 to 120 minutes per bride depending on the intricacy of the makeup look. Bridesmaids take 45 to 60 minutes each. I build buffer time into every timeline so your morning feels calm, not rushed.

Do you work with all skin tones? Yes, I've worked with brides across every skin tone from fair to deep. My Italian and West Indian roots mean I understand diverse beauty. I know how to make deep skin glow without going grey, how to match fair skin without washing out, and how to enhance olive and tan tones. Your foundation will match. Your makeup will photograph beautifully.

Do you travel for weddings? Yes. I regularly travel throughout Rhode Island and Boston. I have traveled for destinations in Florida and Germany and am passport ready for international weddings. Travel fees depend on location. Contact for a quote.
